Description :
National Sales Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and develop our presence, market share and brand visibility with the professionals of the construction market (architects, developers, owners, public stakeholders, engineers, building consultants and professional installers)
Implement, supervise and report on the company’s commercial action plan and achieves the sales targets according to the budget.
Create a positive and durable reputation for PT. Eternit Gresik with the professionals in the building sector by proposing excellent service, technical and sales support and organizing targeted events and marketing actions for this segment in collaboration with the Gresik marketing office.
Cooperate closely with the Lead Coach and the Business partner database manager of the Gresik marketing department to insure a relevant and evolving database of main stakeholders which are to be used to market our solutions by digital marketing, web mails and SMS campaigning.
End responsibility for the quality of the CRM based project pipeline and lead conversion. Making sure in collaboration with the sales back-office manager that the SAP/CRM system is properly used by the sales force to allow management a realistic and transparent look on effectiveness of the project sales organization
Cooperate closely with the Regional Sales Managers of the diffuse sales organization to make sure that project leads coming from the diffuse sales channels are properly followed up and to decide which key distributor will ultimately be advised to deliver a certain project.
✅ Persyaratan
- S1 Civil engineering or Architecture
- Ideally have 5 years experiences in related fields
- Fluent in English
- Expert communication skills, negotiation abilities
- Microsoft office expert
