• Requirements
• Age maximum 28 years
• Candidate at least have a Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree (D3/S1) in Business Management / Marketing Communication / Public Relations or Information Technology or any relevant major
• Fresh graduate welcome to apply
• At least 1 year of working experience in Marketing/Business Development at any field
• Have knowledge to use SAP, ERP and any marketing transaction system
• Well operate for Ms Office (especially Ms Excel) and
• Having good communication skill, customer service oriented and good team work
• Initiative, proactive person and strong in follow-up activity (call/email),
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Would be place in PT Hon Chuan Indonesia, Ngoro-Mojokerto
• Responsibilities
• Prepare and present report for customer handling, product delivery schedules and other administrations report
• Monitor receipt of invoices and schedule payments by customers
• Coordinate with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
• Handling administrative customer’s order such as, sales order, purchase order and any related documents
