• Our clients are local and Japanese companies. We operate in the field of Fire Protection Systems. Currently we need HRGA Staff (Japanese Speaker) to support Office Management activities who are experienced in related job.
• Qualifications & experience
• Graduated D3, S1 In Human Resources, Japanese Literature, Business Administration, or related field with range of 1-2 years of experiences
• Proficiency in Japanese is a must and prior
• Stong Leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilites
• Knowledge of indonesian labor laws and HR practices
• Tasks & responsibilities
• Handling documents for expatriate permit (PASSPORT, KITAS, VISA) BPJS, NIB, all of legality (OSS, WLKP and payroll)
• Manage all office supply, stock inventory and services
• Handling employment document, employment attendance, employment issues, such as mediating disputes and dealing with disciplinary procedures in accordance with applicable rules / regulations.
• Handling recruitment process and suggest Japanese staff
• Making design for bussiness cards, Catalog, Stickers and greeting cards
• Support marketing departement especially to making purchase orders and delivery orders and assist to handling the import process
• Evaluated employees their strenghts, opportunities and overall skills which improved productivity
