- Position: Bilingual Indonesian Generalist Expert — AI SafetyType:ContractCompensation:$18–$22/hourLocation:Remote
- Role Responsibilities
- Write expert-level prompts in Indonesian across a range of sensitive subject areas.
- Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
- Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
- Evaluate and strengthen how AI models handle sensitive topics in Indonesian.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance.
- Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian. Business-level written English.
- A Bachelor’s degree, completed or in progress.
- Strong written reasoning and a high level of attention to detail.
- Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.
- Preferred
- Based in Indonesia or the wider Southeast Asia region.
- Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
- Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
